Frontenacs Acquire Christian Propp from the Soo Greyhounds

Kingston—The Kingston Frontenacs have acquired goaltender Christian Propp and a 13th rd pick in 2023 from the Soo Greyhounds in exchange for Bailey Brkin.

The Frontenacs claimed Brkin off of waivers from the WHL’s Moose Jaw Warriors earlier in the day.

Propp, a 6.02, 194 lbs goaltender from Oakville, ON, is playing in his overage season. He has spent time with the Greyhounds, Battalion, and Colts in his OHL career. He has started 134 career games and holds a 3.72 GAA and .891 Save %.

Frontenacs fans will remember Propp’s 71 save performance in a triple-OT thriller during the opening round of the 2018 OHL playoffs.

The Frontenacs are on the road for the next three games before returning home on November 22 to face the Sudbury Wolves. Game time is 7 pm. Tickets are available at Leon’s Centre box office or at
