Kingston—The Kingston Frontenacs have released defenceman Emmett Gordon to the Toronto Jr Canadiens of the OJHL.

Gordon spent parts of 4 seasons with the Frontenacs from 2016-2020. In 133 games he had 7 assists while recording 57 penalty minutes.

“We wish Emmett the best of luck with Toronto in the OJHL.” said GM Darren Keily. “We would love to see him succeed with this new opportunity”

The Frontenacs are in Hamilton to take on the Bulldogs at 4 PM today. They return home next Friday, January 10 to host the Owen Sound Attack. They will also welcome the Guelph Storm on Saturday, January 11. Game time is 7 p.m. at Leon’s Centre for both games. Tickets are available at the Leon’s Centre box office or at ticketmaster.ca.
