The Kingston Frontenacs announce today that they have traded 17-year-old defenceman Kyle Fransen to the Sudbury Wolves in exchange for a 14th round selection in the upcoming 2013 OHL Priority Selection

Fransen was chosen by the Frontenacs in the 11th round 210th overall in the 2011 draft. A native of Sudbury, Fransen is playing for the Sudbury Nickel Capital Wolves of the Great Northern Midget League.

The Frontenacs meet the 67’s tonight in the inaugural “Pink in the Rink” game, raising awareness for Breast Cancer. Great seats are still available for the game.
